Meet Mike
Mike Zinicola was born and raised in Cleveland’s West Park neighborhood and attended John Marshall High School. At Bowling Green State University he earned a degree in business economics, served as President of the Student Government Association and sat on a U.S. presidential panel on reinstating the draft. He then earned his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University College of Law in 1983, passed the bar and practiced law for many years.
In the 1990s Mike moved into real estate, and since 2000 he has worked exclusively as a full-time Realtor. In his first year he set the record for a first-year agent at his previous company, selling more than $5 million in real estate. He has built a reputation as an agent who handles tough transactions and has the business savvy to get deals closed. Mike co-founded The EZ Sales Team, combining his negotiation skills with Greg Erlanger’s technology expertise, and he focuses on luxury and lakefront homes.
Mike and his wife bought their dream home on the lake in Bay Village and spent 10 months renovating it. They spend their free time with family and friends and love to travel, visiting art museums and meeting people from other cultures.
