Do I need a real estate license to join?
You need an Ohio real estate salesperson license to work with buyers and sellers. If you are not licensed yet, tell us in the form and we will point you to Ohio pre-licensing courses and help you plan your start.
Do I have to live in Vacationland?
No. Our team works from our Westlake office as well as in the lake communities, and many lake buyers and sellers live elsewhere in Ohio. Knowing the lake areas, or wanting to learn them, is what matters.
What areas does the Vacationland team cover?
We work across Lake Erie’s Shores and Islands in Ottawa and Erie counties and nearby, including Port Clinton, Catawba Island, Marblehead, Lakeside, Put-in-Bay, Kelleys Island, Sandusky, Huron, Vermilion and Oak Harbor.
