Overview
Vermilion Lagoons is a historic boating neighborhood laid out in the early 1930s, when four lagoons were dredged eastward from the Vermilion River. Homes were planned to front the water, most with a dock at the door, and the original homes were built as one-and-a-half-story Cape Cods. With recent sales up to about $1.23 million, it is one of Vermilion’s most valuable neighborhoods.
