Meet Greg
Greg Erlanger was born in Columbus, Ohio, attended Bishop Watterson High School and graduated with honors from Ohio University in 1997. He started his career in technology sales with CompuServe Network Services and then AT&T in Cleveland, selling network and data solutions to Fortune 500 companies such as PNC, Sherwin-Williams, Moen and Goodyear, and exceeded 100% of quota for eight years.
Real estate was always his passion. Greg began investing in Lakewood and Rocky River rental property at 24, and in 2004 he became a full-time Realtor. In his first year he set the all-time rookie sales record at Realty One Real Living with more than $8 million sold, and RIS Media later named him one of the Top 50 Realtors on the Rise in America for his use of technology and his sales results.
In January 2008 Greg joined Keller Williams Realty and founded The EZ Sales Team, built on the idea that a team gives buyers and sellers better service than a single agent. He also created MyClevelandCondo.com in 2005 to serve downtown Cleveland condo buyers and sellers, and today he leads a network of local websites, including VacationlandOhio.com, that help people buy and sell across Northeast Ohio and Lake Erie’s Shores and Islands.
Greg is a real estate coach and AI marketing trainer, and he spends much of his time improving systems, expanding service areas and helping people become Realtors. He lives in Avon Lake, where he enjoys golf, and he is a member of The American Hosta Society.
